Liquid Nitrogen Ice Cream

2 Litres liquid Nitrogen
1 quart heavy cream
1/2 cup sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla
Narrow deep bowl
Long handled whisk
Gloves
Goggles
Two people

Stir together cream, sugar and vanilla until sugar is dissolved. A whisk is recommended.
Have one person (wearing gloves) hold the bowl & stir quickly as another person pours in nitrogen until frozen.

Makes one quart.
