I voted

As usual these days, all the candidates worth voting for on the top of the ticket were Democrats. I usually do a bit of research on other candidates, and this year the "zero tolerance for Republicans" also kicked in. My protest is not voting for anyone running unopposed. Wound up voting for IRV and against changing the Constitution on taxes. Let's let the legislature work for a living.

I brought a camera along, but everything went smoothly and I'm unlikely to be in a position to claim the $500,000 prize for documenting voting fraud. Later, I'll probably go to one of the GOTV places and help out. I feel I've done a lot, but there's something about being in the center of the action.

Is it just me, or is the glue on the back of the "I Voted" stickers less adhesive than in the last century? Maybe I've just waterproofed my hat too much, but they used to stick on for a long time, and now they fall off easily; it fell off between there and here. I got a spare, and decorate my cabinets with red dots.
