Actually, this looks like a picture from the "Dementia Smackdown" wrestling video.

Chris Waffle, Luke Ski as "Duke 'Flyboy' DuJour", and Mr. Tuesday (Dementia Radio DJ) as "J.P. Tuesday". The latter 2 were providing the commentary.
