Vikings win, so more pictures

Well, the Vikings won, clinching the division title, after spending years screwing up such opportunities. We'll see how far they get in the playoffs. In the meantime, the sedate euphoria and bright sunshine out my window enables (in the addiction sense) to do two things I rarely do: Post a picture just of a cat, and post four pics. I'm using the LJ scrapbook, so the pics should upload reasonably well. (note to dreamshark: I don't see how to use the Post to Journal feature to post multiple pics. What do I need, tags?)

It's just a matter of getting to the right screen in the largely impenetrable LJ interface.

Start at "Manage Galleries" - select a gallery.
On the left-hand side of the next panel you see should be the following choices:
Pictures
Annotate
Delete Gallery
Upload Pictures

Select "Pictures." This should take you to a set of large thumbnails of all the pics in the gallery with a checkbox under each. Use the checkbox to select the pictures you want to post, then hit button at bottom of page labeled "Post Selected Photos to Journal." The next pages let you make some format selections. I like the default: medium size, 2 columns, caption to the right of picture.
