I just drove in rush hour traffic both ways to Saint Paul and back, got home, realized that I had forgotten to stop at the grocery store for dish soap and bread, drove to the grocery store, drove home, started dinner and saw your post.
So, I went outside to look for rainbows.
The sun is just barely starting to go down, it shines through the clouds, the grass smells wet like it should in spring, the tulips are up...
I didn't see any rainbows, I still appreciated the moment. :)
I recall seeing a very lovely double rainbow outside Dream Park one day during a mnstf meeting, maybe in 1983 or 1984. Do you remember it, or maybe does dreamshark?
Oh yes, I remember that day fondly. I was walking along, facing away from the double rainbow, and people were leaning out of cars and pointing to it. The shared moment was as beautiful as the rainbow.
I got a great view of last night's rainbow as I was driving home from work (Eden Prairie->Minneapolis). It was a very dramatic sky: huge double rainbow against dark clouds straight ahead, sun shining through scattered clouds overhead, and an ominous black thunderhead behind, coming in over Minnetonka.
Blah, blah, busy, blah...

Thank you very much for drawing my attention out!
