Fair on Thurs?

Anybody up to go to the MN State on Thursday, or even Friday? I like to go early, before everyone's schpeil runs dry. And early in the day: 10am or so, as it will get crowded by early afternoon. Both Thurs and Friday Tonic Sol-Fa is giving a concert in the Bandshell at 11am, and Brave Combo has the 1pm slot. Two great groups. Maybe lunch in the middle.

Plan is to drive to the U parking lot and catch the shuttle. Then start off with All The Milk You Can Drink, though I've done that a lot.

I'll be there on Thursday. I'm chaperoning my son's marching band for the day. They will be in the parade, which starts at 2:00. It's Rosemount High School in case you want to see them. There are typiclly 4-5 high school bands in each parade.

Don't miss the new Eco Experience, which I think is in the Science building (sort of NE corner of the fairgrounds). That sounds very interesting to me.
