Diet Coke w/Splenda: Ick

I bought some Diet Coke with Splenda in a fervor of experimental gastronomy (ok, I just saw it in the store and wanted to try the new product). I'm a major Diet Coke fan, but this is easily the worst of the DC variants. The w/Lemon, w/Lime etc are not worth the trouble, but the Splenda is actively bad. I miss the Rummy Powder. I suppose this is a matter of taste, but I think I'm going to be drinking a lot more coffee now.

Whilst I actually prefer the Splenda, you can still get DC with the old sweetener - it's called "Coke Zero" now.

I might just simply switch to Diet Mountain Dew, which (iirc) has more caffeine anyway. Let's face it: I don't drink any of this stuff for the taste. I'm only in it for the drugs.
