Thanks, I'm still fine

Thanks to everyone who wished me well after yesterday's gunshots. I went home, read for a bit, puttered about, watched some Astro Boy, tried to watch SNL and drifted off to sleep.

Now, I'm going to treat myself to a big breakfast (really a brunch by now), do some writing and slide down the day until Trivia this evening. I'll have a good story...

SNL last night was basically a revisit with practically all of Tracy Morgan's recurring characters, so it was funny only to the degree that you like his characters and his style of humor, which I do not in both cases. Only Dominican Lou, whom I found least funny of the bunch, was thankfully missing.

Michaela Watkins' impression of Barbara Walters was the best I have ever seen (though I must give a respectful nod to the late Gilda Radner for her caricature of her as "Baba Wawa").
